The VCI bag is a combination of modern film technology and VCI (VCI) technology, and is made by blending, co-extrusion and blow molding of PE resin and VCI through a special process.
The metal is rust-proofed in a closed packaging container with a vapor phase corrosion inhibitor. It can slow down or completely stop the destruction of metal in the corrosive medium, and it is volatile at room temperature; it is absorbed on the surface of the metal through volatilization or sublimation, and inhibits the corrosion of the metal in the atmosphere.
It does not affect the appearance of metal products and saves the operation of cleaning anti-rust oil; it does not pollute the packaging; the anti-rust period is long, generally 3 to 5 years, or even 10 years.
Now the product has been widely used in military industry, machinery, auto parts, electronic and electrical industries. It has the characteristics of being transparent and intuitive, good barrier property, long anti-rust period and easy to use.
