1. Project description
The customer requires that the packaging of this precision equipment should be rust-proof, moisture-proof, safe and beautiful. The equipment weighs 23 tons/unit, and the designer has issued a rigorous and accurate plan based on its size and weight after on-site measurement.
2. Design plan
1. Use Canadian imported pine as the main material (economical and beautiful).
2. In order to prevent the equipment from loosening and cracking during the lifting process, we design the position of the base crossbar according to the position of the equipment bearing point and support point.
3. Use vacuum packaging to protect the equipment from moisture and rust.
4. Use wooden squares to support each other between the hoardings to prevent the wooden boxes from deforming due to excessive weighing.
3. Project Overview
1. The two equipments are packed in vacuum and wooden boxes, and the wooden boxes are covered with rain-proof cloth.
2. The entire project was packaged in two days, which bought enough time for the customer's logistics and transportation.
3. The number of participants in the project is 4 people.
